1. Services Provided
Solo Performance LLC provides coaching, training, and consulting services for automotive dealerships and sales professionals, including:
- In-dealership training programs
- Virtual coaching and online training sessions
- Sales ProEdge™ certification programs
- F&I (Finance & Insurance) training and masterclasses
- Leadership and management training
- Consulting and advisory services
- Workshops and events
2. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete information when requested
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
- Not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without permission
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Behave professionally during all training sessions and interactions
Payment Terms & Policies for Solo Performance Services
All fees for services are due as outlined in individual agreements or invoices. Payment terms include:
- Fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund policies, if applicable, will be clearly stated in service agreements. Standard cancellation terms:
- 14+ days before training: Full refund minus $100 administrative fee
- 7-13 days before training: 50% refund
- 6 days or less: No refund
- Virtual sessions: Must be cancelled 48 hours in advance for full refund
- No refunds after training has commenced
Note: Custom or in-dealership training programs may have different terms as specified in your service agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, training materials, and methodologies—is the property of Solo Performance LLC and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Protected Materials Include:
- Training curriculum and course materials
- Sales ProEdge™ and all proprietary programs
- Videos, presentations, and handouts
- Website content and design
- Logos, trademarks, and branding
Your Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our materials solely for your personal or internal business training purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials to others
- Modify or create derivative works from our content
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Share login credentials or course access with unauthorized parties
- Record training sessions without written permission
5. Limitation of Liability

6. Training Policies
Attendance and Participation
- Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions
- Tardiness or absence may affect certification eligibility
- Active participation is encouraged for maximum benefit
Professional Conduct
- Professional behavior is required at all times
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund
- Harassment or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated
Confidentiality
- Keep all proprietary information and strategies confidential
- Do not disclose training content to competitors or unauthorized third parties
- Use information solely for your professional development
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of any changes.
We may also:
- Modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice
- Update pricing with advance notification
- Change program content to improve quality and relevance
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if you:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions
- Fail to make required payments
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Misuse our intellectual property or training materials
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not possible, you agree to participate in good-faith mediation before pursuing litigation.
11. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Be employed by or affiliated with an automotive dealership, or be seeking employment in the automotive industry
12. Certification
Certificates issued by Solo Performance LLC:
- Represent successful completion of our training programs
- Do not constitute state licenses or professional certifications
- May be revoked for violation of these terms or unethical conduct
- May have continuing education requirements
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements when possible.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solo Performance LLC.
